He has published several books on performance tuning and has presented as a subject-matter expert at the Database & Client/Server World, the VLDB International Forum, the SANS Institute and at Oracle OpenWorld & Oracle User Group events.
Prior to starting Cybernoor Corporation in 2007, Ahmed worked for Oracle Corporation for over ten years in the capacity of Vice President of the Applications Performance Group in the Applications Development Division.
While with Oracle, Ahmed was responsible for the performance and scalability of the E-Business Suite and the PeopleSoft Enterprise applications. Ahmed led the effort to migrate Oracle applications to the cost-based optimizer (CBO). He also promoted the early adoption of many advanced features in the applications product lines including partitioning, materialized views, OLAP, VPD, and parallel execution. Ahmed has also worked with hundreds of customers to adopt Oracle Real Application Clusters (RAC) in application environments and has lead efforts to ensure that Oracle applications are RAC aware.
Ahmed has more than 20 years of experience in tuning large systems. He is an alumni of the University of Michigan, School of Engineering with a degree in Computer Science.
In 2008, Ahmed became an Oracle ACE for his contributions to Applications and Applications Technology.
In 1996, Ahmed was awarded the Outstanding Achievement Award at the VLDB Summit for Operational Databases from the Winter Corporation.

During his 5 years of tenure here, Murali has not only secured several projects for the company but also successfully met the requirements of the customers globally, on time with highest quality. He has been an earnest influence in propelling the company forward.
Before joining Cybernoor, Murali worked for Intuit, an American business and financial software company, serving as the Director of IT. He has also held the position of Director in the applications development services division at Oracle Corporation, Redwood Shores, CA, USA and moved to Oracle India holding the same role.
He has in depth knowledge in the following areas:

- Built an IT organization with 200+ employees from scratch
- Incorporated a company from the start and commenced the business operations

Murali loves traveling and tries to take a trip whenever possible. On his last trip to Dubai, his flight was delayed. While relaxing in the airport lounge, he was fortunate to see the SriLankan cricket team and was delighted to take pictures with them. Traveling allows Murali to adapt to new situations and use his organization and planning skills to ensure that he has the most fun possible. It allows him the ability to meet different people, get to know different cultures, and learn about humanity and how it varies worldwide by exploring other cultures.

With more than a decade of experience in implementation and support experience managing projects globally, he has proved to be an effective leader who embraces innovation at the grass root levels. His strong communication, people management, analytical and client focus abilities have helped him deliver value consistently year over year. Susant actively recruits and mentors’ resources to succeed at Cybernoor. He has the right match of technical skills and management traits to lead our India organization.
Before joining Cybernoor, Susant has worked with a leading HR and payroll solution company for 10 years. He has also worked as a Technology consultant and was responsible for design and development of the billing and invoicing solutions for the organization.

Marie has a wealth of experience with high performance technology solutions and various project management methodologies. She possesses a unique blend of business acumen and technical knowledge with the willingness to take the required steps to achieve desired goals and meet the new challenges of our clients’ projects. Marie’s comprehensive background in Information Technology including system analysis, development, implementation, and support allows her to excel in analyzing issues and identify creative and robust solutions.
Marie is organized and focused, with the ability to implement multifaceted projects concurrently and is an integral part of the global Cybernoor team. Her strong leadership, problem-solving and project management skills are an asset to the organization. Marie’s excellent communication and interpersonal skills serve as a foundation to effectively network, collaborate and maintain positive relationships with customers, business users, and team members.
During her free time Marie enjoys entertaining friends and family, traveling to new locations, and doing crafts. Her latest interests include paper crafting, making glass and metal jewelry in her kiln and working with vinyl.

Sridhar has contributed to transforming Cybernoor into an influential global service and technology delivery company. Sridhar’s extensive management experience, strategic planning, technical expertise, and high-quality delivery commitments, led to securing several turnkey projects and managed services for the company.
Before joining Cybernoor, Sridhar held the management position as a Director of IT. He has managed multiple teams and business functions such as IT Operations for UNIX Infrastructure, Datacenters, Databases, Enterprise Architecture, Applications Development, Project Program Management, Crisis Management, and IT Regulatory Compliances.
Sridhar has been an active member in technology user group forums, and shared his experiences at various collaborative user groups (OATUG) and Oracle Open World (OOW) conferences.
In his free time, Sridhar plays recreational volleyball and tennis regularly to relieve work stress. He also enjoys golfing, fishing, and outings with his family and friends.
